The act of kissing a loved one is probably one of the most important feelings in life. In these times of restrictions, to be able to kiss your loved one became as precious as a diamond. The joy of it is infinite and this is what I tried to portray in this painting. The window next to the couple and the light oozing in is an indication that they are inside. Depending on what angle you look the intensity of the light ranges from very bright to very dim.
